ActivIdentity Files Patent Infringement Action Against Intercede
FREMONT, CA -- (MARKET WIRE), 3 October 2008 -- ActivIdentity Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTI), a global leader in digital identity assurance, today announced the filing of a patent infringement action against Intercede Group PLC and its wholly owned subsidiary, Intercede Ltd. The action, filed in the United States District Court in the Northern District of California, alleges that the defendants have infringed a patent owned by ActivIdentity, and seeks damages and a permanent injunction.
