USA, 27 February 2008 -- As a responsible and reliable U.S. company, American Tire Corporation (ATC) has returned US$141,922.49 to D & D Tire which was incorrectly transferred to ATC. ATC is always trust-worthy. American Tire Corporation (ATC) has returned US$141,922.49 to D & D Tire which was incorrectly transferred from D & D Tire to ATC on February 21, 2008. While Dr. Abraham Hengyucius, ATC President, was at the 2008 SME Annual Meeting & Exhibit, Salt Lake City, Utah, on February 26, Mr. Roger Kunzler, the Controller of D & D Tire, called Dr. Hengyucius regarding the above-mentioned incorrect transfer. After verification with the ATC's bank, Dr. Hengyucius instructed the bank to return the US$141,922.49 to D & D Tires immediately. On February 27 afternoon, Mr. Roger Kunzler has confirmed the receipt of the US$141,922.49 from ATC. Regarding this incident, Dr. Hengyucius emphasizes, "ATC is a responsible and reliable U.S. company. We run our business according to U.S. laws and regulations. We only accept what we shall receive according to our contracts and policy. All our clients will not worry about any potential loss in case any wrong operation occurs like D & D Tire did. We are always trust-worthy for our global clients – the D & D Tire's incident is an example." With objective to become the largest and best manufacturer for 63" and 57" tires, American Tire Corporation is a well-established OTR tire manufacturer which has had several "firsts" in the OTR tire industry.
