Bed Bug Heat Treatment Method Review May Upset Hotel and Building Managers

A3 Superior Pest Control LLC has released a potentially controversial article “ Small Heaters Big Problems? “, bringing some cause for concern, as the article may upset businesses that market small fan heaters to eliminate bed bugs using heat to Pest Control Operators and Motel and Hotel Management. The 694 word article examines the high points and low points of the new fan/heaters employed in Bed Bug Heat Treatment Methods. This viewpoint is in the pursuit of exposing possible issues and provides a view based on 11 years of real world heat treatment experience. The article aims to provide an insider viewpoint on bed bug extermination methods for both operators and purchasers of bed bug heating equipment. “Causing an issue is atypical for my site” states Jeff Klein, Associate Certified Entomologist and owner of A3 Superior Pest Control. A certain element of the article is set to spark discontent among Pest Control Companies as well as some who are investing in this new technology. Below is a portion of the piece, which neatly exemplifies the controversial element: “Time will tell whether or not this new method (Small Fan based Heaters) is a good addition to what traditional thermal remediation companies are doing. But in many instances, these packages are being sold to management companies as well as hotels and motels that have little pest control experience. In addition, most pest application laws require a licensed individual to apply perimeter pesticides which would in this case help prevent the escape of these insects into adjoining areas. Overall though the main issue with these heating systems is the slow heat rise.” A spokesperson for A3 Superior Pest Control Jeff Klein; Owner “Of course we never set out to intentionally upset anybody. The aim of our article is first and foremost to educate. This article attempts to bring to light the issues surrounding slow heat rise when treating bed bugs. It is critical, however, that we stay dedicated to our industry and our clients. Although our “ Will New Methods Spread Bed Bugs? “ might unsettle businesses that market small fan heaters to eliminate bed bugs using heat, our duty is to our clients and readers. We believe it’s more important to provide the truth and to preserve the reputation of the heat treatment industry rather than to sell small heaters that may worsen the lives of individuals and give them a false sense of security and damage the reputation of the heating remediation industry.” Although there has been no backlash as of yet, the possibility exists as the article may upset some PCO’s and other individuals because they have spent a lot of money on a technology that may not work as they were promised. A3 Superior Pest Control has been a provider of in depth blog articles in the Pest Management market for over 5 years. This site has been publishing articles on pest control since 2012. Jeff Klein has stated the future aims for the website are to raise the awareness of the public when it comes to pest control operations and procedures. A3 Superior Pest Control hopes any controversy will pass quickly and re-emphasizes no offence is or was intended, just the protection and furtherance of industry standards.
