With five offices, the newly merged company will operate under the Certain Software, Inc. umbrella. It will support a combined customer base of over 1,800 active customers in 50 countries and process over 6 million registrations in 2008. The merger is subject to Amlink Technologies shareholder approval with an anticipated effective date of April 1, 2008.
