Cook mouth-watering Sogno Toscano Gigli Artisanal Pasta with infused olive oil!!!

Is Italian cuisine your weakness? If you are nodding your head for yes, you would definitely love Gigli artisanal pasta with infused olive oil as it seems to be a delicious treat.

USA, 14 November 2017 -- Make a note, ‘Gigli’ is also referred by names such as Campanelle (little bells) and ‘Riccioli’ (curls). Remember, the word ‘Gigli’ is termed as ‘lilies’.

In fact, Lily is considered as the emblem of Tuscany since the time Roman Empire has made Gigli- the pasta of Tuscany. Among all, Sogno Toscano Gigli Toscani Pasta Artisanal Pasta surely lies under the category of one of the favorite pastas available. Most of all, Gigli shapes have been preferred by a large number of people. Basically, it complements well with rustic sauces mixed in a salad or baked in the oven.

No doubt, Tuscany is a country known for olive groves and grape vines. It provides healthy oils and wines. It is to note that infused oil has been flavor enhanced with natural seasonings. It can add a tasty flair to dishes which are sautéed or fried. Many of the customary food and specialty dishes over there are prepared with Sogno Toscano organic olive Oil. And the oil makes all of the food moist and delicious.

No doubt, olive oil is termed as one of the healthiest forms of cooking oil and the infusion of added flavors makes it even a worthy choice for Italian food lovers. Those who prefer sun-dried tomatoes must try pesto sauce with Sogno Toscano Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil.

Infused oil can be made in three ways. Basically, the first method is to place the olive oil and the desired spices in a clear bottle. Make sure the bottle is sealed and left at room temperature for few hours or as long as a month or even more in some cases.

You should sterile the bottle and cap well because the introduction of flavorful ingredients can cause the oil to become rancid. After that, refrigeration is required to retain the freshness once the infused oils have reached to the desired flavor level.

In case of hot infusion, the olive oil is combined with herbs and spices in a saucepan and heated on a stove gently. To release flavor into the cooking oil, you need to bring the mixture to a temperature between 180 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Finally, it is to be strained into a bottle, sealed and refrigerated.
During cold method of making infused olive oil, it includes food processor or blender. It goes well with dry spices and woody fibers. The olive oil and added ingredients are placed in the food processor and blended well. No matter, they are strained or not, the infused oil are then poured into bottles and refrigerated to retain optimum flavor.
