The HIIT routine can be completed in two ways: AMRAP requires performing as many rounds of each exercise as possible during a pre-set time, while the interval training is based on combining work and rest periods. Elle suggests 30-second work and 30-second rests for beginners, 40-20 for intermediates, and 50-10 for advanced athletes.
