Get The Best At Home HIIT Workout Routine Interval Training With Video Demonstration

Karma Future International, an informative website offering health, fitness and nutrition resources, launched a new HIIT workout routine which can be performed anywhere. Ideal for those who prefer to exercise at home, the new circuit features cardio and body weight exercises to promote stronger health and lungs, increased stamina, and other health benefits. More information can be found at  HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a popular form of exercise which alternates short bursts of intense training with brief recovery periods. Research has shown that this type of workout is particularly effective in improving full-body fat burn and increasing athletic capacity. The new workout was designed by Elle, website founder and fitness enthusiast, to provide a quick HIIT training routine which can be easily completed at home. Elle said: “These moves are a mix of cardio and body weight exercises so that you get the benefits of both. I’m not going to lie, you’ll probably want to quit half way through, but it’s when we push through those moments of weakness that we come out stronger than ever.” The workout session features five parts - high knees followed by squat drops, walk outs and plank squat thrusts, reverse burpee and commando planks, curtsy lounge and squats, and finally mountain climbers followed by slow climbers. The HIIT routine can be completed in two ways: AMRAP requires performing as many rounds of each exercise as possible during a pre-set time, while the interval training is based on combining work and rest periods. Elle suggests 30-second work and 30-second rests for beginners, 40-20 for intermediates, and 50-10 for advanced athletes. The report features easy-to-follow video demonstrations for each type of exercise. The report is part of Elle’s commitment to providing high-quality resources for anyone interested in fitness, health and nutrition. Interested parties can find more information by visiting the above-mentioned website.
