Get The Best Brisbane Kids Tennis Lessons For 3 & 4 Y/O Young Players

Gold Coast Tennis Academy, a tennis school based in Sanctuary Cove, Queensland, announced a series of high-quality tennis program for children as young as three. The licensed and certified coaches have developed a flexible, skill-based approach which encourages children to grow at their own pace, with skill-appropriate exercises under the guidance of experienced tennis instructors. More information can be found at  Tennis is one of the most popular sports throughout the world, being practiced by millions of individuals of all ages. It has a wide range of benefits for young children, including improved bone strength, better hand-eye coordination, speed and flexibility, and optimal cardiovascular health. Gold Coast Tennis Academy offers professional tennis courses for children aged three and above, its nationally acclaimed instructors creating personalized exercise programs designed to help each student reach their maximum potential. Rather than using a strict age-based training program, the instructors at the Gold Coast Tennis Academy have developer a four-stage curriculum allowing learners to progress naturally through the various stages of becoming a tennis player. The Blue Stage is the first level and is designed to develop sensory motor skills and the basic tennis movements. The Red Stage introduces essential skills such as grips, strokes and basic movement, the Orange Stage includes practicing serves, swing patterns, and improving rallying ability, while the Green Stage helps learners develop more complex skills and prepares them for their first tournaments. Finally, the Yellow Stage allows learners to further develop their technique and match play skills, as well as play in more competitive tournaments at an advanced level. The nature of the curriculum makes it easy for talented learners to progress through the stages; though three is the minimum age required for the Blue stage, progress through later stages is dictated by skill, rather than age, meaning that young learners can be ready for their first junior tournaments by the age of 7. A spokesperson for Gold Coast Tennis Academy said: “We care about the tennis development of every one of our students, and our students keep coming back year after year because they love it. Every coach undertakes continuous development and assessment, so much so that our head coach has been approved by the Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association (ATPCA) as a national course provider, conducting courses to train tennis coaches and help them develop.” Interested parties can find more information by visiting the above-mentioned website.
