Melbourne-based company FMC Fitness & Martial Arts Centre has launched gym and fitness membership options. The facility is a brand new state of the art gym and fitness centre, focused on providing their members with everything they need to achieve their fitness goals. More information can be found here: The gym specializes in various forms of martial arts classes and training including Krav Manga and self-defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing. They also offer fitness and martial circuit training classes. In addition to being one of the best martial arts gyms in the area, FMC also provides other gym and fitness facilities to suit anyone’s workout preferences. There is a fully equipped weight room, cardio machines and a variety of fitness, circuit training and martial arts classes for any skill level. The FMC team is made up of certified and experienced fitness instructors who bring decades of combined experience into their classes. Their Krav Manga and kickboxing instructor Josh Karst has 20 years of experience in martial arts and self-defense and has himself competed in professional cage fighting and MMA. Alex Tse he Has been practicing martial arts for nearly 30 years starting at the age of 5yrs with Shaolin Kung Fu and progressing towards Japanese Ju Jitsu. Alex then focusing on Hapkido earned the Rank of 4th Degree black belt and his Instructors certificate. Looking to consistently improve, Alex started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is now a Purple belt (instructor level) and continues to train in BJJ. Fitness & Strength Instructor Julian Smith is certified in fitness and personal training. He runs Cross Training classes, high intensity interval training, and strength circuit classes, focusing training the full body for strength and muscle building. The facility is dedicated to providing their members with the best possible instruction and support in achieving their fitness goals. Whether a person is focused on developing their martial art skills, building strength or progressing their cardio, FMC has the equipment and facilities to help them achieve their goals. The gym is equipped with a spacious mat and cage area, a fully equipped fitness and weights area with a smith machine, squat rack, multi-cables station, dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, rowers, battle ropes, jumping boxes and more. The gym provides protective gear for kickboxing and martial arts classes including gloves, shin guards, shield pats, boxing mitts and punching bags. The gym facilities are open 24/7 and they are currently offering a low price 7-day trial for new perspective members.
