Software Industry Veteran Brings Strength in Leadership, Operations, and Corporate Finance REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwire), 12 May 2008 -- Model N, Inc., a leading provider of Revenue Management solutions, has announced the promotion of Mark Tisdel to the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Previously Vice President of Finance at Model N, Tisdel's responsibilities include finance, accounting, facilities, IT, and operations. He has implemented GAAP compliance controls and processes to ensure the company delivers the financial transparency desired by customers and investors. Tisdel is also leading the build-out of Model N's infrastructure to support the company's rapid growth and global expansion. Tisdel brings 20 years of experience leading finance functions for ERP, price management software, and other high tech companies. Prior to Model N, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller, at Selectica, Inc., where he was responsible for all facets of the accounting and finance organization. Prior to Selectica, Tisdel was Vice President of Internal Audit at Riverstone Networks. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University and a BS in Accounting from Clarkson University.
