First Certified Outsourcing Professional Master Class to Be Held in Bangalore POUGHKEEPSIE, NY--(Marketwire), 25 March 2008 -- The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) with training partner, Quint Wellington Redwood (Quint), will conduct an outsourcing professional certification training program for the first time next month in India. The three-day Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class will be held April 1-4 at the Leela Palace in Bangalore, India. The comprehensive educational program prepares professionals for the prestigious outsourcing industry COP designation. "Based on the great interest from professionals in India in outsourcing professional training, we've expanded our popular COP Master Class and are delivering it with our training partner in Bangalore to make it accessible," said IAOP Executive Director Christina Powers. The new class is part of expanded COP training offered by IAOP and Quint. New sessions are being held in Sao Paolo, Brazil; Madrid, Spain; Hong Kong, China; and Brussels, Belgium. The program also is offered in the U.S. and online. An integral part of the association's COP program, the Master Class provides outsourcing customers, providers and advisors with an intensive learning experience on the latest end-to-end processes for outsourcing success. The curriculum has been enhanced to reflect the latest in outsourcing and The Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK). Individuals completing the course earn half of the 150 points needed for certification.
