Its counterpart within the Russell Japan Index reflected a (+8.4%) return through February 6. And the Consumer Discretionary sector of the Russell China Index has outperformed both its Russell 3000® Index and Russell Japan Index sector counterpart for the same time period, reflecting a return of (+10.9%).
