Swensen's Midnight Delights for Late Nights
Swensen's Crown Hotel at Orchard 24-hour outlet brings out new Asian and Western additions to its midnight menu, launched in time for the football fever!
Singapore, 8 June 2006 -- Swensen's restaurants in Singapore has extended its menu at its 24-hour outlet at Crown Hotel at Orchard, with new items for the midnight menu, including the Teochew Porridge set at just S$13.50.
Swensen's Crown Hotel at Orchard is the only place in town, where diners can enjoy Swensen's rich heritage of ice cream sundaes, western fare and some popular Asian fare all in one place, from 12 midnight to 6:30 am, in an exclusive midnight menu.
The midnight menu is perfect for late night family outings, supper after clubbing, or even after watching football, especially when your favorite soccer team wins in the World Cup, and calls for a celebration with fellow supporters. With everything from outrageous ice cream sundaes, light-hearted salads, super suppers and Asian comfort food, Swensen's is the best place for satisfying those midnight cravings.
The new addition to its Asian Fare is:
1) Teochew Porridge Set (S$13.50)
Diners can enjoy a spread of 4 local delights with a hearty bowl of hot Teochew-styled porridge. Local delights vary every day, which may include the likes of braised duck, braised egg, mixed vegetables, pickled vegetables and peanuts, etc.

2) Cheesy Salsa Beef Burger (S$11.80)
3) White Chocolate Blondie (S$11.90, serves 2)
4) Double Berry (S$8.60) - tall serving of strawberry ice cream
