What types of exercises you can perform with Fitness Ball

Always select the correct size for your height

When you sit on the ball then both of your feet’s should touch the floor, and your knees should be twisted at 90-degree angles. If you are going to buy an exercise ball online and are unable to test it out, then buy the one based on your height.

Open Area

Always try to use your exercise ball in an open area. Always make sure that you have enough space in order to move around. Before you start doing your exercise, remove all kinds of heavy and sharp objects from the area.

Bounce on the Ball

There are different exercises which can be performed with fitness ball and bouncing on the ball is one of them. When a person bounce on the ball, their core muscles will get engaged due to which they can stay balanced up on the ball.

Perform a sit up with the use of ball

Sit on the ball. Make it sure that your feet’s touch the floor. Cross both of your hands over your chest and bend back, your body should make a straight line from your knees to the top of your head.

Lift the Ball

In this exercise, lie down on your back with the work out ball among your feet. Clasp both of your hands at the back of your head. Hold your abs and press the ball among your feet. Keep both of your legs instantly and raise the ball towards the upper limit. Stop doing the exercise when your legs are vertical to the floor.

Commonly Used Techniques

As with other different types of exercises it is important to warm up before entering yourself in any demanding physical activity. When you are doing ball exercise, always make sure that you maintain a proper posture. Always try to focus on your breathing. Before starting the ball exercise, always verify that you are using a ball of right size and the one which is totally inflated.

Basically the exercise balls are inflatable plastic balls and should be stored properly when they are not in use. One should avoid storing such balls in hot environment in which the air inside could enlarge beyond the stress levels which could eventually cause the ball to burst.

The core-strength exercises helps in making your core muscles stronger. It also helps in making your abdominal muscles, he muscles around the pelvis and back muscles strong. One is able to perform different core-strength exercises with the help of fitness ball. Breathe deeply and freely and spotlight on contraction your abs through your each exercise. If you have any mind of back problem then speak to your doctor first before doing these core-strength workout.
